Please refer to FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want?
FAQ #572: What does deviantART consider "Fan Art" to be?
FAQ #8: What are violations of the deviantART copyright policy?

Just because you have stated that Megatron belongs to Hasbro it is still copyright infringement, either take them down (I know you have more of these) or deal with the administrators...your choice.

Fan art (making our own interpretations of a copyrighted character) is considered a gray area. Technically, fan art is copyright infringement according to the law-- BUT actual copyright owners tend to allow it, and in a lot of cases, they encourage it. Most big corporations and prominent artists encourage fan art among their fans, because it spreads awareness of their products/characters/stories/etc. PLUS I'm not trying to sell prints or make commercials or take benefets of any kind.

I encorage you to continue help cleaning dA from art theft and reporting them.

No here's what you don't get, fanart are drawings that you draw from scratch not cut and paste pictures and place layers over them. And you must have written permission by Michael Bay and/or Hasbro to post those Transformers pictures.

Ok first of… I deny that I have made Copyright Infringement but let’s say you’re right… I say its “Fair use”:

1.The purpose and character of the use

Is it for commercial: No

Is profit or nonprofit: Nonprofit

2.The nature of the copyrighted work

Scientific material or Art: Art

Published or not published yet: Published

3.The amount of the portion used

The movie is 2hrs 34min 23sec that means its 9263seconds given that the movie is 23.976fps that means that the movie has 222089.688 frames in total... I used 21 frames that means the amount of portion that I've “captured” from this movie is 0.00945%

4.The effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.

Absolutely Nothing

Show that to a judge and come back to me…

The purpose and character of the use
Is it for commercial: No (irrelevant to what I said)
Is it profit or nonprofit: Nonprofit (Irrelevant)
The nature of the copyrighted work
Scientific material or Art: neither
Published or not published yet: Published (Irrelevant)
The amount of the portion used (still irrelevant even if you have proof)
The effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work
Absolutely Nothing, but still irrelevant.

Do I need to repeat myself, It does not matter if you credit Hasbro for Transformers, had you looked at the FAQs I had given you you would have known better and we wouldn't have this information. Now if you excuse me I have to report Copyright Infringement.

that was easy ... everything is just (Irrelevant) just add "to what I said" or "even if you have proof" and a little "still" and for change "but still" ... I insist that you show it to someone more experienced (like an admin), and send me what he/she says about it.
